Acting as the primary operational point of contact
Serve as the main operational contact for the off the plan sales team to drive sales and overall performance, including recruitment when necessary.🤝
Working closely with senior Residential leaders
Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to ensure smooth project operations, including effective staff rostering and engaging team meetings.📚
Conducting onboarding for new starters
Manage the onboarding process for new team members, including backend setup on residential systems and IT coordination.Key criteria

Proven experience in sales operations
Demonstrated experience in a similar sales operations role.View

Current Real Estate License
