The Senior Account Manager at Vanta plays a crucial role in expanding and retaining relationships with some of the largest customers in the APJ region. This position is all about understanding customer needs and aligning Vanta's solutions to help them achieve their compliance and security goals. The team thrives on collaboration and is dedicated to ensuring that customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey with Vanta.

You'll be responsible for

Developing and maintaining strong relationships

Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Managing the sales cycle for expansions and renewals

Overseeing the entire process from initial meetings to closing deals, negotiating as necessary and involving internal resources when needed.

Forecasting and maintaining pipeline hygiene

Accurately predicting monthly expansion and churn while ensuring a clean and organized SFDC instance.
