You'll be responsible for

Owning the full sales cycle
Driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, solution scoping, tailored demos, and successful deal closure.📈
Building and managing pipeline
Building, managing, and accurately forecasting a robust pipeline of qualified mid-market opportunities using Salesforce and Gong, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.🎤
Delivering tailored demos
Running high-impact, bespoke product presentations and demos that address specific customer needs and clearly communicate Culture Amp’s unique value and ROI.Key criteria

3+ years in SaaS sales
Proven success in new logo acquisition and complex deals.View
