You'll be responsible for

Managing housing applications
Approve high and very high need social housing applications and transfers while quality assuring application assessments.👥
Supervising team activities
Supervise team activities, exercising delegation as required, including monitoring performance and addressing operational issues.🏠
Fieldwork and inspections
Regularly work in the field, meeting with customers in their homes and conducting condition appraisal inspections.Key criteria
