You'll be responsible for

Taking incoming phone calls
Handling customer inquiries and providing information regarding mobility and health equipment.📝
Processing applications and orders
Receiving and managing applications for equipment orders to ensure timely delivery to clients in need.🔧
Providing ongoing support
Assisting consumers with reorders and maintenance requests, ensuring their needs are continuously met.Key criteria
