Offering shared administrative support across two GM portfolios, including meeting coordination and general office administration.🔑
Coordinating onboarding and operations
Managing onboarding, access requests, and day-to-day operational tasks with precision.🔒
Communicating effectively
Interacting with GMs, Executive Assistants, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality.Key criteria
