You'll be responsible for

Managing client portfolios
Working closely with the team to manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.📞
Handling communications
Answering telephone calls, managing emails in our group box, arranging quotations, endorsements, and new business.🔄
Overseeing renewals
Managing the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring that policies are renewed on time and that coverage remains appropriate.Key criteria

1-2 years of account management experience
Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.View
