You'll be responsible for

Managing a team
Manage a team of renewals specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and employee engagement

Negotiating renewals
Negotiate and finalize renewals by interacting with customer decision makers and end users and build positive relationships with the customer and internal teams

Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for renewal and expansion within our existing customer base
