Owning account growth and retention
Driving cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases, and building relationships with key decision makers.📝
Developing business plans
Creating comprehensive business plans for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping benefits of CrowdStrike’s solutions.🔄
Managing renewals
Owning the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying renewal risks and engaging stakeholders to resolve barriers to renewal.
