You're the heartbeat of our Self-Employment Assistance program, the person who makes participants feel like rockstars from day one and keeps that energy going throughout their entire journey. One minute you're welcoming a nervous new participant and making them feel instantly at home, the next you're coordinating a networking event for 50 people. It's fast-paced, it's varied and honestly? It's incredibly rewarding.
