This role sits at the intersection of HR and people development - but it's not traditional HR and it's not purely operational. It's both. You'll own the people side of ASE end-to-end: hiring, onboarding, performance, culture and the day-to-day experience of being part of this team. Think of yourself as the connective tissue of the organisation - the person who makes sure our people are looked after, communication is clear and we scale without losing what makes ASE special. You'll work directly alongside the CEO, Co-Founder and Director of Programs across all three divisions. You're not here to manage the programs. You're here to support the people who deliver them. You hold the standard, spot the gaps and make things better simply by being in the room. Things move fast here.
